    Only in forums that the Republicans control, such as "town hall meetings", talk radio, wingnut blogs, and Fox News. In other words, base appeals.

    There's also the chance to do YouTube video stuff, I suppose. But people have to actively seek that out.

    By isolating herself from the media, she loses the ability to defend herself or define herself. It's in the hands of surrogates, and it undermines that "strong woman" image if she continues to hide.

  • I dunno. Would her trust her speaking off the cuff even in safe locations?

    Unless you have pre submitted questions or some sort of limiting interview rules, I would be wary if I were them.

    And, as I said above, they've pretty much lost the definition war. Their best hope is that she delivers the speech of the decade to try an override some of the negative.
