"Opt out" will mean all 50 states. eventually

I gotta tell ya, this "opt out" solution for the public option seems like a winner to me.

So long as there's a critical mass of states who opt in (blue states,) the public option will very likely offer a cheaper alternative for healthcare, and, once that's in place, just how long do you think the partisan hacks in states like mine will be able to hold out pushing their ideology to voters who see their neighbors saving thousands across state lines?
