The quietest nuclear deal, ever

With all the shouting over the last few years, you would think that news of a substantial step in the nuclear negotiations with Iran would have have been a huge topline story everywhere.

(NYTimes, WaPo) The Iranians have tentatively agreed to send their stockpile to Russia for reprocessing into a fuel that can only be used in reactors.

It's certainly not everything, but it is the first successful step of any kind since the Iranians started their nuclear fuel cycle after they were cast into the "axis of evil."
