Games?

Israel claims it held "nuclear talks" with Iran, but it appears to have occurred as part of a larger a regional meeting. (It gets press because such a meeting would be the first recognized official contact in 30 years.)

As Iran talking "disarmament" before Israel would be so unpopular back in Iran, and the timing comes so immediately after the IAEA deal was sent back to Iran for a decision, I can only gather the Israelis released details of the September meeting now in this characterization in an effort to get the Iranians not to take the IAEA deal.
