After all the crap McCain tried to throw in the campaign, he's "cautiously optimistic that the plan as laid out by the President can lead to success" in Iraq. Incredible.
The whole objection from McCain was to a "timetable". Our "enemies" could then just wait us out if we set a timetable, so this was the exact same thing as a 'surrender'. Remember?
Now we have a timetable, and McCain is okay with that. Huh?
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.

McCain is such a wast of space. Does any one remember the media going to Kerry in 2005 for his views on how Bush was doing?
