  • Oh yeah. It captures so many elements of the narrative.

    I just wanted to give credit to the NYTimes photog who saw it, and stepped back to get this rather than just chasing the candidate.

  • As an amateur photographer, I think these press photographers are among the best in their profession... compared to sports, fashion, landscape, etc. To be able to think on your feet, to capture not just an image, but a narrative.... Man. I can only dream of having that kind of talent.

  • Yeah, they are. That's why I started putting the pictures up in the first place. (Plus, I really admire the war photographers who have to stick their head up to get the shot.)

    News photography is an artform of its own.
