This sounds like a good idea for a DSCC/DCCC ad. No voice over... just depressing music -- a dirge of some sort -- and text.

Yeah. Just a straight direct ad.
The US certainly know of Dujail.
There's also a more complex problem regarding Saddam and his chemical weapons around the timing of this picture, but it's too subtle for an ad.
