I also wondered if the giddy woman in the business suit is a part the Bush photo-op entourage or part of the Frias family.

The soldier and the modestly dressed woman (whom I presume to be a family member) appear underwhelmed with his Highness's presence, to put it mildly.

And that's one half-assed, patronizing salute Bush has goin' on there.
