The first drops of the Dem deluge?
It has to be said that since this is Duke Cunningham's former district, the anti-Republican push is probably stronger than it is/will be elsewhere, but this is a very solid red seat that shouldn't even be a close race.

This is one thing I know..
Brian Bilbray is a chameleon and anyone that has been in San Diego and pays attention for the last 20 years will not vote Bilbray in..he's the biggest money grubber this side of Cunningham.

If Bilbray was the best the San Diegan Repubes could offer up..what does that say about them? I am going to San Diego this thursday and you can bet I am going to talk to people to see how he is playing to the masses now.He's as dumb as a friggin rock too..I swear on everything holy.
Remember, last year, Donna Frye was a write mayoral candidate in that she won like Al did..then they took it away in the courts..she was a hippie when I knew her and she still holds on her to roots. If she got enough write-ins(which she did), alot of people are sick of the Republican Machine in SD...and alot of them are republicans :)

Yeah, but a shifting personality or lack of intelligence are generally not impediments to office. I'll be very curious to hear your anecdotal reports of the race.
