Yes. By even more than Sarah Palin.
Do you ever remember the losers of an election given such a huge media platform and spotlight as these losers? And the vile dribble from Cheney is certainly unprecedented.
I'll say this for W., he's drifted away more quietly than I expected.

No. That's exactly my point. McCain has kept his cherished spot among the media after being so soundly rejected.
As for Cheney, I would expect to see another little leak to warn him back.
And Bush has disappeared because that's his best route to redemption.
