Blowing the Obama administration's big reveal on Iran

The Obama administration was set to to roll out charges that Iran had a secret nuclear facility, apparently as part of an effort at the next round of sanctions. (see next.)

The Iranians got wind of this (probably from US discussions with the Chinese or Russians) and decided to reveal the truth first in a letter to the IAEA.
