Also, the apocalyptic cries of voter fraud (from the right) and voter purge/suppression (from the left) are rising exponentially, it seems. Is there any "there" there? Or is this just more muddying of waters?
If Obama is expected and the dems take a working majority of the Senate, I expect we'll see some real, national, election reform laws come down the pike. The likes of which we haven't seen since the 1960s.

Definitely a muddying of the waters. Even if it doesn't help in launching recount fights this year, it's groundwork for later.
And, I'm being pretty careful in predicting where the Dems are going to go.
