Nobody wants to sign on to the attack

Has anyone else noticed that there aren't any top level GOP surrogates carrying the Ayers attacks? No Thompson, Romney, Huckabee, Gingrich....? Nobody wants to put their name on it.

(Giuliani did make one brief run, but it was quiet.)
