As we get closer to 4 Nov, I've become more emotional and less rational. I know. You thought it couldn't be possible :)
It occurred to me this morning, as I was having breakfast with my wife, that one of the overriding emotional reasons why I want Obama in the White House is for the sake of my children's future. And I don't just mean that in a policy sense, but in an American dignity sense. I think (or wish to believe) an Obama presidency will bring a moral/ethical grounding to Washington that will be like fresh blood to the American souls... good for the rebirth of civic awareness.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

(And of course you're getting less rational. We're entering the passion phase.)
