you can't really fake this kind of affection, can you?
I'm glad to see a presumed President on the receiving end of support like this. If (when) he wins, he's got a big ugly job ahead of him, and it's good for us to know he's got a friend for a wife.
I haven't noticed Cindy McCain doing this.
