Slow Saturday

If you're looking for something to do, The Daily Show was on fire last night. The monologue was good, but the fake McCain Bio is the video that even the bloggers wouldn't make.

  • The affair may not be true, but the story of the reformer with more cozy ties to lobbyists is damaging.

  • I agree, but, the stink on the affair angle pretty much killed the story.

    If they want to go after lobbyists, I think the McCain campaign offers pretty good fodder.

    Even if they just stuck to the lobbying angle, I don't think the Obama camp wants to get blamed for bringing up the affair. So they'll probably stay away from her.
