  • I remember the kiss Harry Truman blew on the convention floor in 1944.

  • This is the image CNN.com just had across its front page.

Are its editors trying to tell us something?

EPM, I just thought it caught the claims of sexism double standard.

  • Yeah. Frankly, I thought the wedding band "show her you love her" ad was pretty funny, too.

  • And another....look at msnbc.com homepage. The top image from last night, and the headline to the top right.

    wow

  • Oh, great.

I'm shuddering at what I know will be a wave of tabloid coverage over the next two months.

(Not beyond. Crossing fingers. Oh pleez. Oh pleez!)

You just know there'll be a photoshopping contest on Fark, and attempts at paparazzi upskirt shots, and breathless 'news' dirt on this gal's family...

Is it all part of some diabolical plan? We've seen news become infotainment -- are we now seeing government become gossip?

  • You know, flipping around in a commercial, even TMZ that trash tabloid show had a Palin bit.

I didn't stay for the bit, but I heard the teaser.
