As always, though, the spin is that just this proves that the "enemy is "desperate". I support the fundamental Afghan mission, but I deeply resent this dishonesty from the Administration. Our allies don't employ it. It cheapens the value of honestly good news when everything is spun into good news. It turns patriotism into the equivalent of cheering for a football team.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
