"Surge" is the new Bush-speak for "war." I can't believe reporters -- and more importantly, editors -- just go along with administration vocabulary like unthinking boobs.
I wonder if anyone will report that Bush has given the same speech for the past three years... And I wonder how many Americans even listen when he speaks.

Or that "the surge" isn't what it was defined as, and the troop levels will now unquestionably stay at "pre-surge" levels until the next president.
