I was thinking a modern version of Al Jolson. It looks like Bush is singing 'Maaaaaaaaamyyyyyyyy'.

they can play the White House - they just can't sleep there...
(Frank Sinatra put a stop to that in Vegas during Rat Pack with Sammy Davis Jr)...bought time for it to catch on in the beltway!
