What the hell is going on?
Richard Scaife, the huge Republican donor who largely funded the "vast right wing conspiracy" against the Clintons, is now reported to feel this way.
Christopher Ruddy, who once worked full-time for Mr. Scaife investigating the Clintons and now runs a conservative online publication he co-owns with Mr. Scaife, said, “Both of us have had a rethinking.”
Perhaps that revised assessment is more a measure of the current occupant of 1600?

You don't know how good you had it, till you lose it.
They impeached Clinton for lying about a BJ, but no talk about impeaching an administration who's lies have caused the death of brave American troops.
I long for the days of a Clinton balanced budget, and a President who would actually listen to the military instead of firing them till he got the "yes" men generals he wanted.

I just miss the sense of excitement and optimism.
(And, my jaw keeps dropping as the Republicans blast the Libby trial. Whatever happened to "It's not the sex, it's the lying?")
