Republicans budgeted Iraq victory celebration

Tucked away in fine print in the military spending bill for this past year was a lump sum of $20 million to pay for a celebration in the nation’s capital “for commemoration of success” in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yeah. I caught part of Cafferty tonight and one of the emailers pointed out that if that $20 mil was divided among the families of those killed it would pay for a $7,000 funeral for each of them.
