Yeah, I just thought this was nuts because it hits so many buttons.
You have the irony that the actors were in a film about Guantanamo. You have the random harrassment of Arabs just for being Arab. You have the silencing dissent element.
It just spoke to me in a way that a regular story about harrassment wouldn't. I know that's a bit shallow, but it's true.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

One of the actors, Rizwan Ahmed, said a police officer asked him if he intended to make any more "political" films.
The only proper response to that question has more expletives than I have special characters to blot them out with.
