Observation

...because George Bush didn't DOUBLE the national debt from $5 to $10 trillion during arguably good economic times.....

  • I can't understand why current day Republicans want to follow the tax philosophy of Calvin Coolidge, Ronald Reagan's idol. I think the facts have shown a lesson about tax cuts the Republicans just won't admit. The subject of my current post.

    And the other point is that despite Republicans getting credit for "responsibility," up to now, the majority of the US debt was laid in by Reagan and Bush.
