It doesn't really mean anything, but Huckabee won the "Values Voters" straw poll. The Huckabee people coordinate and work hard to win these things.

Huckabee wants to be president of Jesusland. And he's willing to burn witches, queers, and everyone who doesn't get right with Jesus. The crowd loves him.

Huckabee is one dark-hearted S.O.B. wrapped in a layer of Gomer Pyle.

Yup. The weirdest thing is his complete change in tone in his pursuit of power.

He started the last election with a "true message of jesus" talking about helping the poor and all that, but that's now long, long, gone. He's jumped all the way into the right wing boat. Screw the poor.
