I think any politician who is as popular as Obama is with his own party, almost by nature must be reviled by the other party.Also, people who were angered by the relentless assaults on Bush see this as 'their turn'.And of course, some of it is just disliking what he has done so far.

Yeah, but the anger and language seems disproportionate to the actions. Deficit spending is a big deal, socialist, communist, fascist....I think you're right that alot of it is left over from the Bush years, and also probably the campaign.Look at me. I haven't let go of Palin yet, and she's practically nothing.
