20th Congressional District candidate Republican Jim Tedisco submitted a petition to the Dutchess County Supreme Court Thursday asking the judge to declare him the winner of the extremely close special election race, despite the numbers currently being in favor of his opponent, Democrat Scott Murphy.....

When you have nothin' to lose -- including a sense of decency -- why not have a temper tantrum? It's really the GOPs new (or not-so-new) tactic: redefine "fairness" as "I always get my way." To suggest otherwise is, well, unfair somehow. :)

I've read there is some question as to the legitimacy of the claim noted here. Perhaps this is an example of a wild accusation being picked up as "news."

I found it. I wonder if they had it posted as the 'top story' then changed to the murder story. The link may stay the same but the story changes. Here is the new link I found to it.
