KBR is taking care of these since the problems developed, but I wonder who build and installed the buildings where this is happening. Doesn't sound like it was KBR...Odd they don't say.

From reading past articles, my impression that it was subcontractors (foreign and Iraqi) who were hired by KBR.
KBR got the contracts and then famed them out to lowest bid Iraqi and regional firms.
