Washington Whispers is very insider Republican connected, and it is reporting that many in the GOP power structure are expressing concern about Steele's capability as party chair.

I loved when he said the government never created a single job. Teachers, police, firefighters, politicians, secretaries, lawyers, judges, and who knows home many people are out of work, and never knew it till the articulate Mr. Steele pointed it out for them.

EPM, I love the fact that to the GOP he's "street." Tells you more about them.

NYC, It's funny to me because he was elected because he was supposed to have this great out front pundit style profile. He was supposed to help with their image and he keeps messing up as chief pundit.
