Agreed. It'll really set up an interesting dynamic as all those politicians who done so much to have passed the "support Israel" litmus test, now have to deal with A. Lieberman in the government.
Joe's live as an elected American politician are probably over. He'll either retire or lose in 2012. Is he finagling for a position of some kind in Israeli politics? He would fit in well with Likud and other more right-wing parties there. If not elected politics in Israel, perhaps a paid lobbyist for these parties?
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

I think he's been working for a token "Dem" spot in one of the thinktanks like AEI?
That way they can claim "bipartisan" and have a profile "Dem" to support whatever crazy assed middle east policy they come up with.
It would probably pay pretty well with little work.
