Oh, but the FBI has commented. And said that they performed no background check on Palin, contrary to what the McCain camp has assured the adoring public and the mean old media.
I wonder if they ever saw the clip where she said "Pray for our military. [Track is] going to be deployed in September to Iraq. Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right for our country -- that our leaders, our national leaders are sending them out on a task from God."
Zen, the statement was about the campaign. They're trying to put a nail in this story that keeps undermining McCain's judgment.
Frankly, the story has more resonance among the media than anywhere else, but it is affecting their opinion of the Palin pick.
So, does cutting off the media appease the media?
.....
Jeff, I saw that one too. Was that the same vid where she said her pipeline plan needed prayer?
If anything, that's something that should be pushed on blogs and online not by the Obama campaign. They really don't want/need to get in a religious war as their winning.
I agree that they don't need to get into a religious war, but it's saying something when you're a candidate for vice presidential and believe that the war we're fighting in Iraq is a "task from God."
Especially when it's coming from an uber-Christian talking about a war in a Muslim country.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.
