And yet running a business out of, say, Delaware, has its advantages. I know two companies who, after an extensive search (i.e. worldwide) found that this was the best place in the world to incorporate their companies. They don't even do business in the U.S.
Yeah, we need a corporate tax break.

Yeah. Delaware has established itself as a haven.
The tax code has been so corrupted by lobbying. Someone actually did the work a year or two ago and found that people making <$60K pay a higher percentage of income in taxes than those making $150,000.
