I think he might enjoy campaigning as vice president more than as president. I just wonder of Team Obama -- known for their message discipline -- will be able to "control" the senator once he gets on a roll. :)
I think Biden will feel freer to be Biden as the VP candidate...
Someone said (maybe you?) that Biden is McCain of 2000: Straight taking, independent, not takin' shit from anyone, Dem or Repub. I think that's a pretty good observation. Plus, Biden has the working class cred... which may be more important in this election. And he tends to be smarter than McCain, so when he's "straght talkin'" he tends to know what he's talking about.
The more I think about it, the more I like Biden on this ticket. lol
Not me, but, yeah, sort of. That's an image they really wouldn't mind seeing cast upon him.
I was always pro-Webb, but of the three shortlisters, Biden seemed the best fit.
More than the foreign policy expertise or experience or whatever, he adds emotion to the ticket. Some levity, some anger, but he tends to fill in some of the areas where Obama is weak.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

Agreed.
On the plus side, with Biden's reputation, unless it's something really awful, they have already have his reputation as an excuse.
