A conspiracy theory is borne
I'm not watching every twist and turn as the anthrax case spills out into the public, but, two days in a row, we have stories putting questions on Ivins guilt. Yesterday it was the WaPo quoting people working with him saying "he couldn't have done it." Today, it's a long NYTimes article arguing "circumstantial evidence."
Then you've got stuff like this floating around, (NYDailyNews)
They really need to make the case public.

In the immediate aftermath of the 2001 anthrax attacks, White House officials repeatedly pressed FBI Director Robert Mueller to prove it was a second-wave assault by Al Qaeda, but investigators ruled that out, the Daily News has learned.
They really need to make the case public.
