The WaPo has an article today discussing how candidate McCain is unable to deliver his campaign's message. It dovetails nicely with the "talkshow candidate" piece I wrote yesterday.
Well, seriously, McCain really doesn't have a campaign message. His official stuff is just boilerplate Republican/Bush. Meanwhile, on the campaign trail it's been nothing but following Obama around and trying to drum up fear and loathing by any means necessary.
I don't think McCain knows what his "campaign message" is? Seriously, he's not forming position papers and policy statements. That's all done by Republican machine operative. McCain's just the tool they trot out for the cameras.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

I wonder if people will figure that out?

McCain doesn't speak for the campaign.....
I think his credibility is an issue, especially when he's the one launching the attacks rather than a VP or surrogate.
(And still no one is stepping up to join him in his attacking talking points.)
