Meanwhile, Turkey is building several nuclear power plants and nobody seems scared at all. It would be about as easy for Turkey to reprocess spent fuel as it would be for Iran to do do.
A Muslim country with a religiously-inclined government can have nukes if they are our allies, apparently. However, a lack of oil there means no motive for invasion anyway.
