  • I weep for our nation... and the Air Force academy. That quasi-theological/military institution.

    I feel sick.

  • I wonder who thought this up - someone in the PR department, or the Resident himself?

  • This screams Frat Boy. Bush has largely check out as chief executive.... He's long past giving a shit about how he behaves in public. I'm sure he sees himself as politically bullet proof, so he enjoys doing whatever the frick he wants, whenever he wants. I mean, it's not like anyone's going to do anything about it.

Please. The man is a classless boob in a time when Americans celebrate ignorance and underachievement and scoff at those elitists with all there "thinking" and their devil-science and so-called facts. Bush is truly a man of his time. A time I hope future generations look back on with horror and shame... one of those periodic dark ages in the advancement in the American Experience.

  • I have no idea. It just seems to match the loss of caring about appearances in this last year.

Like all the weirdo dancing, tapdancing for McCain, etc.

He thinks it's his senior year.

  • Just wait until these kids are driving a semi full of water bottles on Iraqi roads at night. Do you think they'll be a little disillusioned?

  • The sad part is, that many in the Air Force are serving ground force (Army) roles because of the problems with deployments.

  • I'm not sure how many Air Force academy-types actually spend time in grunt roles. I wonder if these are Bush's kind of people... destined for desk jobs and advisory positions in the trenches of Virginia... I mean, this is the Air Force Academy for crying out loud. This ain't no West Point.

  • Fair point. It's likely the enlistees and non-comms are getting that work

  • There's a kid from my area that is at the AF Academy and he's only Bush's kind because his parents are middle-class and only equate themselves as "Bush's" people through delusional aspiration.
