She's done, he's won. Obama will be the nominee. Probably be the next president too, barring something crazy happening. But I wonder what all the progressives who back him will think when he triangulates them on economic issues, social issues or religious issues. And he will. Frankly, Huckabee is more liberal on some issues than Obama is. Scary, but true.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.

I watched parts of the debate tonight. Obama did pretty well, but the debate did have the effect of reminding me that he is only human.
Just an interesting effect.
And, again, I'm more looking at the phenomena of Obama at this point.
I think a longer calendar would likely change the dynamics alot.
