Huckabee with his head in the sand
It really is pretty mindblowing that Mike Huckabee can claim no knowledge of the Iran NIE 24 hours after the story first broke. (ThinkProgress, Politico)
(Probably should relink the Huckabee quote from yesterday, "I may not be the expert as some people on foreign policy – but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.”
It's funny 'cause we're in a war.)

Says a lot doesn't it? Maybe Huckabee is appealing to the geographically-challenged.

So Huck is just another one of those echo chamber intellectuals who know what they know just because they know... and because the people he hangs around with believe the same thing. Where the concept of curiosity, critical thinking and, you know, facts and/or science are considered evil, or something.
I just want a President who is intelligent, honest, humble, engaged in the world of science, culture, and world affairs, and never forgets who he/she works for: the American people, right down to that homeless guy under the bridge. Is that asking to much?

Anon, his base works on belief, after all. He polls very well with those who don't believe in evolution, so not believing the CIA is nothing.
...
EPM, That's all I want as well.
I would probably add that I want a president with the courage to change his mind when faced with overwhelming evidence.
