Pakistani supreme court delays election results

The Pakistani Supreme Court has accepted petitions that Musharraf cannot stand for reelection while maintaining his role as Army chief. While the petitions are under consideration, the election will be allowed to go forward on Saturday, but the results will be withheld until the court's decisions are rendered.
