why do you the green zone is called as the international zone now?

Because it's not.
When there really was something at least resembling a coalition, there was no need to emphasize "international."
Sure it was the just the British Aussies and Poles, but at least that had the veneer of consultation.
When was the last time you heard the phrase "coalition spokesmen?"
