"It's in our campaign plan. We do think it will take about that amount of time, as you discussed, to establish the conditions for it."

Since he only hopes to establish the conditions for it my guess is it will take about more than that amount of time to, in fact, achieve what we hope will be sustainable security.

Anyone touched by this administration's corrupting hand deserves to be ignored. No. Strike that. We should listen to them and then take the opposite course. This surely would be the quickest path to success.
