You're right, but - those pants? Even in the 60s, they're hideous. But I guess we can forgive her bad taste in pants like we do her bad taste in men. ;-)h
Pretty much everyone was wearing ugly striped pants then. And they were often a lovely combo of avocado, mustard and pumpkin colored stripes. If that's a disqualification, there are a lot of people besides Clinton who will be diqualified from politics.
In a 1969 issue of Life magazine, there was a photo essay concerning the best ^ brightest graduates of Harvard or Yale or whichever, and there's a similar photo of her, and some paragraphs giving her opinions about then-current world events. It was a rather nice headshot with those circular Gloria Steinem glasses, in company with some other names which would eventually become familiar, such as Ira Magaziner.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

I think it's the whole hippy thing that's supposed to put me off, but that's pretty minor hippy as it goes.

I've seen that photo, too. I put this one up because it was being used by Drudge, and it didn't seem bad to me.
