Speculation on the bombings in Iraq today

With the death toll continuing to rise in the Sunni bombings targeting Shia across Iraq, I feel compelled to ask whether today's onslaught is a response to the government's actions in Tal Afar.

If the Sunnis see no justice but blood.....
