58% of American's simply wish the Bush administration was over.
I'm no fan of single party rule, Dem or Repub, but the Repubs have been so virulently incompetent and extreme over the past 6 years, I'm really hoping for a Dem president and another 10 Dem senators in November 08.... At least for 4 yrs.
The Dems are just as capable of going over the deep end.
However, for at least the next two years, probably the next four, they have alot of middle ground low hanging fruit to collect first that the Republicans have ignored in their move to the right.
Picking up 9 more Senate seats might be a stretch even with 21 of 33 Senators as Republicans coming around next time.
Of course, there's still eighteen more months for Bush to do his thing, and all of those were relected/reelected in 2002, the most pro Republican year ever.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.

Actually, I want either/or.
