Do you have any idea why the State Department won't release the methodology of this survey?

No. The logical guesses to me would be that either it's fudged (pro us), or it's unscientific because of conditions, or that it might endanger someone.
I don't know.

I don't buy the first option because if it was fudged (pro us) then it would probably show that a majority want the US to stay.
