Right. I realized I probably should've used a word besides "debate" because that implies that it's a matter with two sides rather than a right and wrong.
But I was pissed and not thinking when I wrote it. I'd just read one too many, "but without wiretapping..."

I am so friggin tired of repeating that in BOLD when I discuss it..I don't get how people miss it for the love of god..

They miss it because the administration frames it that way. On the news, they show a clip of Bush pretty much saying that, and then it's not contradicted or explained.

Or that they should wiretap anybody & everybody that has absolutely nothing to do with their "war on terror". I hit this hard today on my blog.
