Laura Bush with Boombah, a character from the Indian Sesame Street. I don't know why. It's old. I'm tired and feeling a bit absurdist.

Laura looks as if she can't tell whether or not she's having a Xanax induced hallucination or not.

Lew, That was my impression when I first saw this, although I was gonna go with flashback. Same theme.

Praguetwin, it does. This is from the India trip earlier this year. It's just this photo op lightness while people are dying that gets me.
