Yeah, alot of the time I don't because I think some of these have more impact, or maybe better said, shock value when stripped of context.
This is an Iraqi police officer, higher ranking I'm guessing from the chevrons, after a car bombing in late 2005/early 2006. He had been helping the wounded.
