who's that lady standing next to Bush? And why is she making a piggy face?

That is German Chancellor Merkel who looked both amazed and ashamed at Bush's continued pig references.

Can you imagine, you make this big statement of bonding, that our to countries are working together on important issues, and the Bush goes off on "the pig."

I thought when he was talking about the "pig" he was referencing Chancellor Merkel. She seems kind of hoggy in this photo.
